Smooth! This is the first vinyl pressing of Tommy Guerrero s beloved 4th album, From The Soil To The Soul. His distinctive, blissful guitar-soul sound has developed, and nods to Americana, heavy psych, lo-fi fuzz and latin rhythms are apparent. At the core though, this record is heavy on Guerrero s signature laid-back Frisco vibe, best captured on the sun-drenched opener Hello Again or the Brazilian-lounge-indebted Salve.
