Fourth studio album from Ridgewood, New Jersey s Real Estate. In Mind was originally recorded during the summer of 2016 following the departure of founding guitarist Matt Mondanile. The band s tranquil soft rock sound still prevails, bringing listeners down to their methodically crafted pace. Mondanile s replacement on guitar, Julian Lynch, may have a more biting tone, but the band is more familiar and comforting than ever. It s as if frontman Martin Courtney has found an even more perfect setting for his ruminations on suburban malaise and life as a family man. Eleven tracks in all.
