Produced back in 1984 by proto-house guru Boyd Jarvis in Timmy Regisford s bedroom, thisdemo EP perfectly captures the raw energy of the early house sound. Check You Got Me Running for a taste of Jarvis pumping garage house production with Colonel Abrams nailing those soulful vocals. Next up, Colonel Abrams rocks a demo version of Release The Tension, which was later released with alternate vocals by Circuit – but the Abrams version absolutely murks it! Also includes the cosmic soul of Celebrate. Recommended.
